From a first conversation to the moment you open the box, our bespoke service is an intimate collaboration — a piece of jewellery that exists nowhere else in the world.
Every Maison Granada bespoke commission begins with a conversation. We listen to your story — a milestone, a memory, a person — and translate it into a design that is entirely your own. Our master jewellers in Madrid work by hand, combining centuries-old Andalusian goldsmithing techniques with contemporary precision.
The Process
From Vision to Reality
Consultation
We begin with a private consultation at our Madrid atelier or via video call. We discuss your vision, preferred materials, gemstones, and budget. There is no obligation at this stage — only conversation.
1–2 hours
Design Proposal
Our design team prepares a hand-drawn sketch and a detailed CAD rendering of your piece. We present two to three design directions and refine until the concept is exactly right. All revisions are included.
1–2 weeks
Material Selection
We source your chosen gemstones and present them for your approval — in person or via high-resolution video. You select the exact stones that will become part of your piece. Our gemologists guide you through cut, colour, clarity, and carat.
1 week
Handcrafting
Your piece is crafted entirely by hand in our Madrid atelier by a single master jeweller. We document the process and share progress photographs at key milestones. Every detail is executed to our exacting standards.
4–8 weeks
Quality & Delivery
Before leaving our atelier, your piece undergoes a rigorous quality inspection. It is then presented in our signature packaging with a certificate of authenticity, a full gemstone report, and care instructions. Delivery is fully insured.
